Sharp, rigid blade built to kill, gut, scale and portion fish. Rubber handle provides good grip in wet conditions. Stainless steel resists rust. Skeletonised sheath is easy to clean - just run under water to wash off any debris.
Scandinavian-ground blade easy to sharpen by hand on a whetstone.
